This fellowship was established to serve as a tribute to vision and commitment of former Florida State University President, Dr. J. Stanley Marshall and First Lady Mrs. Shirley A. Marshall. This fellowship is awarded at the discretion of the Dean of the Graduate School to students who have demonstrated academic merit.
